Die Beautiful Cocktail

This cocktail is inspired by the Filipino film Die Beautiful, which is about to be shown at the upcoming MMFF. It’s tart with floral notes and a hint of bitterness.

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Bombay Sapphire
• 75 ml Orange juice
• 5 ml Rose syrup
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 8 mint leaves, chopped Tonic water (to top)

Directions: 

1. Add ingredients except for tonic water in shaker.
2. Add ice, shake, and strain into glass.
3. Add tube ice and top with tonic water.
4. Stir to incorporate ingredients.
5. Garnish with red rose petal
