3) Mix It Up Mixology Class with Mari Kamata

Mari Kamata of The Peninsula Tokyo, one of Japan’s top bartenders will be behind the bar for the first ever The Peninsula Manila mixology class series in Salon de Ning. She will be mixing her signature cocktails using premium Moët Hennessy brands. The class will cover Kamata’s award-winning Matcha Martini, Hennesy Negroni and Blood and Sand cocktails and The Peninsula Hotels’ Cocktail and Mocktail of Hope where part of the proceeds raised benefit Make-A-Wish® Foundation Philippines which grants the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses.

 

The mixology class will explore the art and science of mixology where guests can enjoy mixing and sipping cocktails paired with canapés in the chic Salon de Ning.

4) The 17th Grand Wine Experience
