Managing Director Richard Torres explains the precious process of creating the Black Nitro. “We brew the coffee for 18 hours at a cold temperature, which increases the caffeine content but lessens the acidity. The next day, we infuse it with nitrogen. This reduces the bitter taste, it thickens the texture of the coffee and mildly sweetens it. It takes two days of love before drinking your cup,” he says with a sincere smile of the tedious toil.
