This whisky sour twist is fun to make and more fun to drink! It’s sweet, tart, with the right balance of sour.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
  • 30 ml calamansi juice
  • 1 dallop Clara Ole Mango Pineapple Jam
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 drops Angostura bitters
  • 1 egg white

Directions:

  1. In a shaker, combine all ingredients, except for bitters, dry shake until jam dissolves and a proper foam forms.
  2. Add ice and shake again until very cold.
  3. Double strain in an old-fashioned glass, add 1 large cube ice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf, drops of Angostura, and half pinch salt.
