Ingredients: 60 ml Jack Daniel’s Whiskey 30 ml calamansi juice 1 dallop Clara Ole Mango Pineapple Jam 1 pinch salt 3 drops Angostura bitters 1 egg white Directions: In a shaker, combine all ingredients, except for bitters, dry shake until jam dissolves and a proper foam forms. Add ice and shake again until very cold. Double strain in an old-fashioned glass, add 1 large cube ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf, drops of Angostura, and half pinch salt.
