We created this sweet and citrus forward cocktail for the Cancer of the Zodiac, the cocktail almost doesn’t taste like it has alcohol in it, but the Lambanog is there, and a lot of it! Be warned for it is so easy and delicious to drink, like the crab it’s determined to keep you coming back for more! Ingredients: 90 ml Lambanog 30 ml canned pomelo juice 10 ml fresh calamansi juice 15 ml canned dalandan juice 15 ml Bianco Vermouth Directions In a tin shaker, add all ingredients with ice and shake Serve in a highball glass and garnish with pomelo and dalandan zest (make the garnish shaped like a crab if you're feeling creative!)
