Industry Night with Richie Cruz of Cobbler

When: February 3, Monday

Cobbler’s Richie Cruz, Ancho Reyes 2019 Philippines Champ, will be steering the wheel at Buccaneers on February 3. To celebrate Plantation Rum being awarded Drinks International’s #1 Bartenders’ Choice Worldwide for two consecutive years, Richie will be concocting special cocktails using Plantation. 

Rounds on the house for bartenders and servers. You better hope you’ve got your sea legs because it’s going to be a rum-fuelled night on this ship. 

Sake Masterclass – Saga Prefecture / Amabuki Sake Brewery

Immerse yourself in the world of sake with a sake masterclass at Ralph’s Koji Sake Bar on February 12. Mr. Sotaro Kinoshita, owner of Amabuki Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture that specializes in flower and fruit yeast sake, will be guiding the class through special Amabuki bottles flown from Japan’s Saga Prefecture: Junmai Ginjo Omachi Namasake, Junmai Daiginjo 50, Chokarakuchi Tokubetsu Junmai Namasake.

Piggy Couch Sessions: Classic Cocktails 101

If cocktails are your thing and want to know how to whip up your own, check out Piggy Couch Sessions. Touted as an interactive alcohol-infused experience designed to turn casual drinkers into crafty mixers, Piggy Couch Sessions’ Classic Cocktails 101 is an immersive class on cocktail mixing, where students get to learn the terms, tools, and techniques of bartending. Participants get to create three classic cocktails and receive program handouts and a certificate of participation.

The Cellar Talk: Perfectly Pink

A Nordic Winter Cheese Party
