Made with local brandy instead of cognac and calamansi instead of lemon juice, Tricycle is the perfect balance of sweet and sour with a touch of smoke. Ingredients: 60 ml Emperador Light 20 ml calamansi juice 30 ml honey syrup 20 ml triple sec 3 drops Angostura bitters Directions: Pour brandy, calamansi juice, honey syrup, and triple sec in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a bottle. Add smoke and cover. Shake and pour into a glass with ice and calamansi slices. Add 3 drops of Angostura bitters. Tricycle cocktail
