This is not the lambanog you buy in convenience stores, mind you. Barik Moonshine is leveling up the lambanog playing field. The cucumber adds a freshness to the cocktail, while the Frangelico adds a nuttiness, and it ends in smooth, satisfying finish. Ingredients: 60 ml Barik Moonshine 25 ml lime juice 15 ml honey syrup 15 ml apple juice 10 ml Frangelico 3 cubes cucumber (muddled) Directions: Muddle cucumber in rock glass. In a shaker, add Barik, lime juice, honey syrup, apple juice, Frangelico and ice. Shake (softly) and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with cucumber strip.
