This month the bar introduces three sweet Valentine’s Day-themed drinks available only until the end of February. These are best paired with canapés and the stunning panoramic view of the city skyline at the rooftop lounge Mirèio Terrace on the 10th floor. The Choco Noisette is a rich and boozy dessert drink with Calvados, Frangelico, Baileys Original Irish cream, fresh mango, Monin chocolate, and full cream milk. Choco Noisette Pomme D’Amour is a candy apple-inspired cocktail made with Dewar’s, lemon mix, peach puree, green apple, tarragon leaves, topped with sparkling water and garnished with a grenadine soaked dried apple slice. Tutti Frutti is a sweet and fruity mocktail made with orange juice, cranberry juice, red cherry brine, sugar syrup, red cherry, ginger, topped with pineapple foam and garnished with a heart-shaped dried pineapple slice.
