Happy Heart’s Day, dear imbibers! Let’s toast to love with our Valentine’s Day cocktail, Rose Milk. It has subtle floral notes, and creamy, milky undertones. Like a soft kiss on the cheek or a gentle squeeze as you’re holding hands with the one you love, Rose Milk is a quiet expression of love.

Ingredients:

45 ml Okinawa Gin 
60 ml unfiltered sake 
10 ml yellow chartreuse
15 ml sugar syrup
15 ml lemon juice 
5 ml rose liqueur

Directions:

Pour ingredients into a tin shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a glass.
Garnish with rose tea buds.
