Inspired by the frightening Christmas Devil/Nightmare Santa, this sweet but peaty cocktail with a bitter finish that won’t quit is for those who seek to celebrate the season in non-traditional ways. Ingredients: 30 ml Bowmore whisky 30 ml sweet vermouth (Martini Rosso) charcoal powder (bought in Legaspi market) Directions: Add ingredients except charcoal powder in mixing glass. Add ice and stir until cocktail is chilled. Strain into compete. Sprinkle charcoal powder into cocktail until you get the desired color. Stir to dissolve. Garnish with cherry and dry twigs.
