Eleanor is a creamy and well-balanced cocktail with a tart finish. The juniper berries highlight the tartness of the Okinawa gin. Ingredients: 45 ml Okinawa Gin 15 ml pink peppercorn syrup 10 ml yellow chartreuse 20 ml lemon juice 3 crushed juniper berries 1 egg white 4 drops Angostura bitters Directions: Pour ingredients except for bitters into a shaker and shake.
