Hello Melo is the refreshing drink you need to get you through a hot day. The pomelo brings out the citrusy qualities of Okinawa Gin and the slight anise aroma of tarragon adds a little something extra to this already delightful drink.  

Ingredients: 

30 ml Okinawa Gin
pomelo juice 
tarragon sprig
pomelo peel

Directions: 

Put ice in a highball glass. 
Place the tarragon sprig in the glass. 
Pour the gin and top with pomelo juice. 
Express oils from pomelo peel.
