It might be a little tiring to walk up the four flights of stairs to get to the rooftop bar, but guests will be rewarded for the effort with a great view of the city, cool breeze, and tasty drinks. Guests to their recent bar launch in Poblacion, Makati were treated to free-flowing drinks courtesy of Lolea wines and yummy canapés from Dr. Wine. Festive Spanish dance performances kept the crowd entertained through the night. Lolea is a premium artisan frizzante sangria from Spain and is made of high quality and natural ingredients. Lolea bottles will be available at Dr. Wine Manila, and will be the first venue to offer the famed sangria in Poblacion. They will be holding their Happy Hour Sunset Sessions every day from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. At Php 850, you can mix and match beers, wines, and cocktails with their special menu. Walk-ins are accepted but reservations are encouraged to be made in advance, as they get full especially on the weekends. They also showcase shisha sessions where you can choose from 12 different flavors. Interested parties may also book the entire rooftop for special events and celebrations. The Dr. Wine team also wants to make waves outside of Poblacion, and will be opening a new branch in Forbes Town BGC, where they’ll also be offering their famous weekend seafood brunch and liquid menu.
