Shake and strain into a coupé glass. Note: This drink is better if ingredients are mixed in a blender. Tasting notes: The Averna Amaro Siciliano gives the drink honey-like sweetness, which goes well with the cognac. The Frangelico adds a rich nuttiness lifted by the velvety texture of the cream.
