Ingredients: 60 ml tequila 30 ml Cointreau 30 ml lime juice 10 ml lemon juice 30 ml pineapple juice 25 ml agave syrup generous pinch of crushed pink peppercorn Directions: Rim coupette glass with crushed lemon nerds, set aside. Pour ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Double strain into the coupette. Garnish with lemon peels shaped in twin fish.
