We love the taste of yuzu! It has a very distinct flavor and aroma that sets it apart from other citruses. That yummy flavor shines in this refreshing cocktail. If you can’t find fresh yuzu fruit in your local Japanese store, you can substitute with jams or purée like what we used for this recipe.
Ingredients
45 ml J.J. Whitley Nettle Gin
15 ml Monin Yuzu Purée
60 ml unsweetened pineapple juice
10 ml lemon juice
10 ml Campari
10 ml black & pink peppercorn syrup
30 ml soda water
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Glass: Highball glass
Ice: Highball cut ice
Garnish: Pineapple leaf & lemon peel rose.

Directions

Pour all ingredients, except soda water, into shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a highball glass.
Add ice.
Garnish with pineapple leaf & lemon peel rose.
