The cocktail has the trademark sourness of lambic beer that complements the sharp fruit sweetness and earthiness of the Okinawa gin, and is the perfect drink to usher in the new decade. Ingredients: 30 ml Okinawa Gin 60 ml Lindemans Faro 7.5 ml sugar syrup 7.5 ml lemon juice 2 dashes lime bitters Directions: Pour the Okinawa Gin and lemon juice in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupette. Top with Lindemans Faro. Add lime bitters. Garnish with lemon peel.
