Relax at the end of a long workweek with Calm Whisper. Chill with this simple refreshing highball that will energize you for the weekend. Add some lemongrass syrup and squeeze calamansi for a stronger flavor.

 

Ingredients: 

30 ml Okinawa Gin
7.5 ml lemongrass syrup
1 calamansi 
muddled lemongrass stalk
topped with Fentiman's light tonic

Directions: 

Arrange lemongrass stalk and ice in a highball glass. 
Pour gin and top with light tonic.
Add calamansi slices.
