The drink has a piney aroma of rosemary with taste of a spiked lemon and lime sherbet. Ingredients: 50 ml Beefeater Gin 25 ml lemon juice 20 ml sugar syrup 20 ml cream 2 dashes of vanilla extract Egg white Soda water Glass: collins glass Garnish: rosemary and dried cranberries Ice: tube Directions: Chill the glass with ice. Set aside. Pour all ingredients in the shaker. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Double strain with fine strainer. Garnish with rosemary and dried cranberries. Serve.
