A twist to the classic Negroni. DrinkManila’s resident mixologist created this cocktail for World Gin Day bar takeover at Gilarmi Lounge’s Gin Library last June 9. If you love truffle, you’ll love this drink!


  • 30 ml Truffle Infused Botanist Gin
  • 30 ml Campari
  • 20 ml Mancino Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 dash orange bitters
  • 1 orange peel
  • 1 dash of Jerry Thomas (at the end before serving)

Glass: Chilled old fashioned glass

Ice: Large cube

Garnish: orange peel


  1. In a mixing glass, add all ingredients and ice.
  2. Stir until very cold. Squeeze orange peel towards a flame on top of the drink before serving.

How to make Truffle Infused Botanist Gin

250 ml gin = 7.5 ml white truffle oil

In a large jar with tight fitting lid, add the gin and truffle oil. Let it sit for 3 hours at room temperature. Carefully store the jar in the freezer upside down so not to block the opening with solidified oil. Leave in freezer for 24 hours.
