Inspired by flavors of the Visayas, Init to Gin-It brings the deep fruity flavors of mangoes and pineapples together with local gin. Calamansi adds a touch of citrus to this rich yet refreshing cocktail, with a hint of freshness from the basil, a light bite from the coconut vinegar, and a sweet and nutty kiss from the Peanut Kisses.
