Summer is in full swing, and some days are scorching hot. Have a glass of 2 to Tango, a crisp and refreshing gin and tonic that will cool you down and ease the oppressive heat. The grassy, anise-like flavor of the dill adds an almost nutty taste to the drink, complemented by the fresh citrusy qualities of the lemon peel.

Ingredients:

30 ml Okinawa Gin
Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
lemon peel
dill

Directions:

Pour gin in a glass with ice.
Arrange lemon peel and dill in the glass.
Top with Mediterranean tonic.
Express oils of lemon peel and use as garnish.
