Add ice. Shake until chilled. Strain the mixture into a sphere glass. Top with tonic water. Use white fondant to attach a rosemary sprig on the lid of the sphere glass. Light the rosemary sprig. Close the lid of sphere glass to trap the smoke. Serve with a straw. Tasting notes: This drink has an inviting smoky aroma and fun, surprising flavors: the cool and wintry snow globe presentation contains a refreshingly sour, minty, and fizzy cocktail with summery notes of coconut.
