Zombie

The mother of all freaky drinks. One of the original Tiki cocktails, evil, evil drink. LOL. Fun sweet and fruity rum filled classic. (Learn about how the cocktail got its name)

Ingredients:

• 60 ml light rum
• 30 ml dark rum
• 30 ml pineapple juice
• 30 ml orange juice
• 15 ml apricot brandy
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• 15 ml Cointreau (orange liqueur)
• 30 ml lime juice
• ½ lime (scooped out)
• 15 ml Bacardi 151 rum

Directions:

1. Except for the 151 bacardi and the half empty lime.
2. Add all ingredients in a tall glass and stir.
3. Add fresh ice till the top and stir again.
4. Serve with a straw and garnish half the lime to balance on top of the drink, pour in the Bacardi 151 and light it up.
